Big Human is hiring a senior writer for freelance, part-time work (10–20 hours/week) focused on complex B2B and enterprise technology content. You’ll craft product pages, solution pages, and educational material, using Claude for first drafts and applying robust quality checks.

You’ll shape messaging for varied audiences, ensure accuracy, and work within established content workflows. Remote role with East Coast hours (10 am–6 pm EST).

Competenze

• 5+ years of B2B content writing for enterprise tech or SaaS
• Strong editing instincts; ability to tighten and sharpen content
• Experience using AI tools (Claude/ChatGPT) in production
• Working knowledge of SEO and AEO for content optimization
• Ability to learn complex products quickly via docs, demos, interviews
• Ability to push back on client rewrites when needed while maintaining quality
• Clear, direct writing free of jargon and filler
• Experience managing multiple projects and meeting sprint deadlines
