Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS or related field.
• 7–10 years in business environment.
• 7–10 years as software or systems architect.
• 4–7 years in B2B online e-commerce architecture.
• 4–7 years in web experience management technologies.
• 4–7 years in mobile web apps architecture.

Responsibilities

• Architect End-to-End B2B Experiences across onboarding, servicing, and commerce flows for enterprise and federal clients.
• Evaluate third-party products for integration into organizational technology solutions.
• Define and maintain software development processes for API-first integration and architecture standards.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs and support implementation.
• Provide architectural leadership for scalable, secure, compliant B2B digital experiences across web and mobile.
• Stay ahead of industry trends (cloud-native, CX technologies) through continuous learning and engagement.
• Align technical solutions with enterprise lifecycle needs.
• Own new requests and identify opportunities to enhance platform scalability and value.
• Act as domain expert on platform evolution and integration strategies.
• Handle other duties as assigned by management.
