Job summary

T-Mobile for Business IT seeks a seasoned Principal Solutions Architect to lead architecture strategy and execution for its B2B consumer-facing platforms, spanning onboarding, account servicing, and commerce. You will design scalable systems, set architecture standards, and guide teams to implement secure, compliant digital experiences for enterprise and federal customers.

Responsibilities include evaluating third‑party products, defining development processes, and advising on technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience or advanced degree with 5 years of related experience.
• Technology certifications (Java, Microsoft, Oracle) a plus
• 7–10 years in business environment as software/systems architect or engineer
• 4–7 years in B2B online e-commerce systems architecture and design
• 4–7 years in web experience management technologies including self-services, content management, search, analytics, marketing automation
• 4–7 years in architecture and design of mobile web apps with responsive design and hybrid models

Responsibilities

• Architect End-to-End B2B experiences across onboarding, servicing and commerce flows for enterprise and federal customers.
• Evaluate third‑party products for enterprise integration.
• Define and maintain software development processes for API-first integration and architecture standards.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and support solution implementation.
• Provide architectural leadership for scalable, secure, and compliant B2B digital experiences across web and mobile.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in cloud-native architectures and CX technologies.
• Align technical solutions with enterprise lifecycle needs across projects.
