Job summary

1Kosmos, a leader in passwordless identity verification, seeks a hybrid B2B social media strategist and content writer in Edison, NJ. You will own the company’s social presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, and X, directing strategy, content, and influencer relationships to strengthen brand momentum and drive pipeline.

You will craft on-brand copy, manage content calendars, coordinate visual production, and ship video series, working with the marketing team to integrate social with campaigns.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in B2B social media, content, or brand in enterprise SaaS/cybersecurity
• Portfolio showing campaigns, events, or programs with measurable engagement and reach
• Strong writing across multiple voices, including executive tone and company voice
• Aesthetic taste and ability to produce content or manage creators at high quality
• LinkedIn fluency plus understanding of paid social and organic demand gen
• Self-starter able to own strategy, set cadence, and execute independently

Responsibilities

• Own social strategy and execution across LinkedIn, YouTube, X and emerging channels with calendar discipline
• Lead an employee advocacy program for executives and 15–20 customer-facing employees
• Build and manage relationships with external voices to extend reach and credibility
• Write on-brand copy for social posts, graphics, and thought leadership
• Direct visual content on-site or via freelance partners with high quality standards
• Ship executive and customer video series on a reliable schedule
• Create an omnichannel content playbook for campaigns across social, paid and email
• Monitor market trends in identity security/AI and tailor content for CISOs and IT leaders
• Measure reach, engagement, share of voice, and pipeline contribution
