Job summary

Insight Enterprises is seeking a Social Media Specialist to elevate our brand narrative across LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram and TikTok. You will own the content calendar, craft on-brand copy, and support a video-first content approach with simple editing workflows.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in public relations, communications, marketing, or equivalent with 1–2+ years in social media/marketing.
• Hands-on experience with brand channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok); Sprinklr or similar enterprise platform preferred.
• Proven ability to write compelling B2B copy and familiarity with basic video production/editing for social platforms.
• Strong interest in the technology industry; experience in B2B or tech communications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly content calendar and publish across all company social channels using Sprinklr.
• Write sharp, on-brand social copy for trend reactions, event coverage, and campaigns.
• Support video-first content strategy with editing of on-trend short-form videos (e.g., Instagram Reels) using Canva or Premiere Pro.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and external PR to integrate social into launches and thought leadership.
