Gremlin is a leader in Chaos Engineering and reliability testing seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager to guide growth. You will own content across channels, build executive thought leadership programs, and tie content to pipeline with AI-driven workflows.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you’ll optimize strategy, collaborate with vendors, and scale content that drives revenue. You’ll work with AI tools daily, manage SEO/AEO efforts, and craft compelling copy for engineering leadership

Qualifications

5+ years of B2B SaaS content marketing, ideally at a scaling SaaS startup.
Daily, hands-on use of AI tools that drive outcomes and keep quality high.
Deep understanding of the B2B technology buyer and their journey.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Own Gremlin’s content strategy and execution across owned, earned and paid channels.
Lead launch, experimentation and optimization of content to drive pipeline and revenue.
Build and manage relationships with design, SEO/AEO agencies, and vendors.
Develop repeatable AI content workflows with focus on accuracy and brand voice.
Provide executive thought leadership through ghostwritten posts, bylines, and abstracts.
Monitor content performance and adjust strategies to maximize impact.
