Job summary

MAP is seeking a proactive Senior Strategy Consultant to join our global Customer and Business Strategy team. You will shape executive recommendations and lead large-scale digital and commercial transformations for Fortune 500 clients, managing multiple projects and collaborating with tech, data, and account teams worldwide.

You will drive B2B marketing strategies, build business cases, and facilitate workshops with C-suite stakeholders, travel when necessary.

Qualifications

• Consulting Experience:5-8+ years of experience in a strategy consulting firm or an in-house corporate strategy department, with a proven focus on B2B marketing, commercial strategy, or customer growth environments.

Responsibilities

• B2B & Digital Strategy Formulation: Defining future-proof B2B marketing, sales, and commercial strategies with recommendations across CRM, ABM, lead management, omni-channel roadmaps, value propositions, lifecycle optimization, and loyalty programs.
• Deliverable & Storyline Ownership: Taking full ownership of client deliverables, strategy approaches for executive management, playbooks, business review reports, and high-impact presentations.
• Data, Business Cases & Measurement: Analyzing marketing performance metrics to build robust business cases, financial modelling, measurement frameworks, benchmarks, and KPI reports.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Workshops: Planning and facilitating interviews and interactive workshops with C-suite, senior management, and cross-functional client stakeholders.
• Account Growth & Transformation: Building trusted client relationships to drive strategic growth agendas and guiding clients through organizational change.
• Thought Leadership & Business Development: Developing POVs and supporting growth and sales teams with pitches and new business development.
