Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a mid-level Creative Designer to transform a leading insurance client’s social media presence into a platform-native brand experience. This remote, part-time role requires 10–20 hours per week and offers a compensation range of $38.00–$43.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include social-first visual design, short-form video editing, and translating briefs into fresh concepts with strong brand governance.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in a social-first design role within a B2B environment.
• Portfolio showcasing social storytelling, scroll-stopping visuals, carousels, 2D motion/animation, and short-form video editing.
• Proficiency across Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong understanding of platform mechanics, trends, conversational brand tones, and approval workflows.

Responsibilities

• Social-first visual design and motion assets for carousels, infographics, and interactive elements.
• Short-form video editing and repurposing from long-form content.
• Translate briefs into fresh creative concepts with brand governance.
• Provide creative support for corporate channels and SME thought leadership programs.
• Platform optimization across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other channels.
