Job summary

OnHires is seeking a Senior B2B High-Ticket Closer for a fully remote, high-performance consulting environment serving established Amazon FBA brands. You’ll close 4–6 month programs with 6–8 figure owners, following a two-call close process across discovery and Brand Analysis.

This role offers remote work from the US, Canada or UK, with a strong OTE and uncapped commissions, and a structured training program to optimize pipeline and closing velocity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B high-ticket sales experience.
• Proven track record of personally closing high-value deals.
• Experience selling consulting to founders and business owners.
• Clear understanding of high-ticket sales stages: discovery, qualification, value positioning, negotiation, objection handling and closing.
• Strong command of English with ability to lead commercial conversations with senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales process from the first qualified conversation through close.
• Conduct a 40-minute discovery call to understand the brand’s business and growth challenges.
• Lead a 60-minute Brand Analysis call, present findings, handle objections and close the engagement.
• Actively manage your pipeline, perform follow-ups and second conversations with strong prospects, and track metrics in the CRM.
