Qualifications

8+ years in Microsoft infrastructure, cloud engineering, MSP or IT consulting
4+ years as architect or lead engineer
Hands-on Azure and Microsoft 365 / Modern Work experience

Responsibilities

Lead Azure assessments, migrations, and infrastructure modernization
Oversee Microsoft 365 migrations (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune)
Design and implement Entra ID, Defender, Sentinel, and Purview security
Lead Copilot initiatives (Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot)
Manage delivery from discovery to handoff, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget
Establish architecture standards and reusable templates
Mentor engineering teams and review designs
