Ingram Micro Inc. is seeking a Sr Microsoft Solutions Architect to lead architecture and hands-on delivery of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 solutions for SMBs. You will drive assessments, migrations, security hardening, and Copilot initiatives while mentoring teams.

The role combines engineering, architectural leadership, and customer/partner collaboration to deliver secure, scalable cloud solutions within a managed delivery model.

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure, cloud engineering, MSP, or IT consulting, including 4+ years as an architect or lead engineer.
• Hands-on expertise across Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 / Modern Work.
• Experience delivering Microsoft technology projects through an MSP or IT consulting organization.
• Experience with Azure Migrate, Azure Virtual Desktop, networking, storage, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 migrations, identity management, endpoint management, and cloud security.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, PowerShell scripting, technical troubleshooting, solution design, and documentation skills.

• Lead Azure assessments, cloud migrations, Azure Virtual Desktop, and infrastructure modernization.
• Oversee Microsoft 365 migrations, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and Windows Autopilot.
• Design and implement Microsoft Entra ID, Defender, Sentinel, and Purview security solutions.
• Lead Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and GitHub Copilot initiatives.
• Manage project delivery from discovery through implementation and handoff, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget alignment.
• Establish architecture standards, reusable templates, and delivery methodologies.
• Review technical designs, resolve complex escalations, and mentor engineering teams.
