Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking a Sr Microsoft Solutions Architect to lead architecture and hands-on delivery of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 solutions for SMBs, often working white-labeled through partners. The role centers on assessments, migrations, security hardening, and Copilot enablement while guiding delivery across scope, schedule, and budget.

You will mentor engineering teams and establish standard patterns, ensuring secure, scalable cloud solutions and strong partner/customer

Qualifications

8+ years in Microsoft infrastructure, cloud engineering, MSP or IT consulting with 4+ years as architect or lead engineer.
Hands-on expertise across Azure and Microsoft 365 / Modern Work, with migrations and identity management.
Strong knowledge of Entra ID, CA/MFA, PowerShell, troubleshooting, design, and documentation.

Responsibilities

Lead Azure assessments, migrations, and infrastructure modernization.
Oversee Microsoft 365 migrations (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Autopilot).
Design and implement Entra ID, Defender, Sentinel, and Purview security solutions.
Lead Copilot initiatives and manage delivery from discovery to handoff.
Establish standards, templates, and delivery methodologies; mentor teams.
