Qualifications

• 8+ years of Microsoft infrastructure, cloud engineering, MSP, or IT consulting.
• 4+ years as architect or lead engineer.
• Hands-on Azure and Microsoft 365 / Modern Work expertise.
• Experience delivering Microsoft technology projects through MSP or IT consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Azure assessments, migrations, and modernization.
• Oversee Microsoft 365 migrations including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams.
• Design and implement Entra ID, Defender, Sentinel, and Purview security.
• Lead Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and GitHub Copilot initiatives.
• Manage delivery from discovery through implementation and handoff within scope and budget.
• Establish architecture standards, reusable templates, and delivery methodologies.
• Review technical designs, resolve escalations, and mentor engineering teams.
• Build strong partner and customer relationships for successful outcomes.
