Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking an Associate Staff DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and optimize scalable DevOps solutions for cloud-based applications. You will work hands-on with CI/CD, Azure, IaC, and release automation.

You will collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to improve deployment frequency, reliability, and security using Terraform, Bicep, ARM, and containerized workloads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or related roles.
• Hands-on with source control systems (GitHub, Azure Repos).
• Proficient with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Proven expertise in build and release automation.
• Strong Azure cloud platform experience including AKS and Azure DB.
• Experience with Terraform, ARM/Bicep IaC, and container orchestration.
• Security alignment across pipelines and DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive best practices for DevOps processes and IaC.
• Manage and optimize source code repositories and branching strategies.
• Build and maintain release automation workflows using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins.
• Provision and manage Azure infrastructure for scalability and security.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations to streamline delivery.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot, and improve reliability and efficiency.
• Implement IaC with ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform.
• Ensure security standards and DevSecOps across pipelines.
