Luxoft is seeking an experienced DevOps Specialist, GitHub & Cloud Platform Engineer to join our enterprise cloud team. You will manage cloud DevOps environments, GitHub enterprise solutions, and govern Azure Landing Zones across multi-cloud footprints.

The role emphasizes Terraform-driven IaC, SRE practices, and scalable CI/CD with GitHub Actions. Excellent documentation and internal tooling enablement are key in this complex environment.

Competenze

• 5+ years of hands-on Azure DevOps (or TFS)
• 3+ years of GitHub Enterprise administration
• Hands-on Cloud Engineering or SRE with production-scale resources
• Strong Terraform proficiency for modular cloud infra
• Deep Azure governance: Landing Zones, Azure Policy, RBAC, Entra ID
• Demonstrated GitHub Actions pipeline delivery
• Experience with AWS foundational services (S3, IAM, Networking)
• Operational reporting using Power BI and platform APIs

Project description

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Specialist, GitHub & Cloud Platform Engineer to join our enterprise cloud team. This role focuses on managing cloud DevOps environments, GitHub enterprise solutions, implementing Public Cloud Landing Zone governance, and supporting multi-cloudinfrastructure automation. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud services, GitHub enterprise management, DevOps practices, and enterprise-scale platform management, combined with exceptional soft skills to drive innovation and work independently in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• DevOps & Source Control GovernanceAdminister Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise (organizations, repositories, access management, security guardrails, and enterprise workflows).Manage CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, custom runners, permissions, branch policies, and extensions.Automate administrative reporting, telemetry, and platform operations using PowerShell, REST APIs, and Power BI.Cloud Engineering, Governance & SREDeploy, manage, and optimize cloud resources hands-on with high availability, reliability, and SRE principles.Implement and maintain Azure Landing Zones, management groups, resource tagging, and compliance guardrails.Build and maintain modular Infrastructure as Code (IaC) architectures with a primary focus on Terraform.Design standardized cloud deployment templates, automated gates, and GitHub-based delivery workflows across multi-cloud footprints.Documentation & Developer EnablementMaintain technical platform documentation, architecture designs, and runbooks using Docusaurus, Markdown, and wikis.Support inner-source collaboration, developer self-service patterns, and tooling enablement across distributed engineering teams.
