Job summary

TechDigital Group in the United States is seeking an experienced Azure Cloud & GitHub Platform Engineer to design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and automation frameworks on Microsoft Azure and GitHub.

You will lead enterprise migrations, enforce security and compliance, and collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to improve reliability and delivery. This role requires deep hands-on expertise with GitHub Enterprise and Azure DevOps.

Summary

Seeking an experienced Azure Cloud & GitHub Platform Engineer with 10+ yrs in Azure DevOps to GitHub migration, GitHub Enterprise administration, and advanced GitHub Actions platform engineering to design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and automation frameworks on Microsoft Azure & GitHub. The role involves close collaboration with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline delivery, enhance system reliability, and enforce security and compliance standards.

Job Description/ Responsibilities

• Strong hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise Cloud/Server administration
• Extensive experience creating and managing GitHub Actions workflows using YAML
• Designing and implementing reusable workflows and composite actions
• Automating pipeline/workflow creation using GitHub APIs, templates, and automation frameworks
• Deep understanding of GitHub Apps, OAuth Apps, and GitHub authentication models
• Experience with OIDC federation, Azure Entra ID, Service Principals, and RBAC
• Azure integration with GitHub Actions for secure deployments
• Enterprise governance including:
  • SSO integration with Entra ID
  • MFA enforcement
  • Branch protection rules
  • Repository rulesets
  • Secret scanning
  • Depend Bot
  • Least-privilege access controls
• Lead Azure DevOps to GitHub migration initiatives.
