Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Sr. Azure Cloud Engineer to drive DevOps excellence, designing, building, and operating Azure cloud infrastructure for multiple teams.

You will work with the architecture team to deploy cloud-based solutions using PAAS/IAAS, with IaC through Terraform and strong emphasis on scalability, reliability, and security. The ideal candidate has extensive Azure Cloud and Terraform experience, collaborates with engineering and support teams, and guides CI/CD pipeline implementation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years experience in Azure DevOps or similar.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services (App Gateway, APIM, App Services, SQL, etc.).
• IaC with Terraform and cloud-native design principles.
• Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python).
• Knowledge of containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate Azure cloud infrastructure for multiple teams.
• Deploy apps using Azure services and Terraform-based IaC.
• Collaborate to design and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of Azure-based apps.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Azure deployments with logging/monitoring tools.
• Stay current with Azure services and DevOps trends.
