Job summary

Analytica is seeking a hands-on lead AWS Solution Architect to design, implement, and continuously improve a large-scale AWS-based platform supporting mission-critical, public-facing services for a homeland security client.

You will drive end-to-end DevSecOps architecture, automation, and CI/CD across enterprise identity, scheduling, and biometrics apps with integrated AI/ML and data analytics. Expect 24/7 readiness and rigorous security standards.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship with ability to secure a public trust clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related technical field; Masters a plus.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect — Associate or Professional (Required).
• 10+ years in IT focusing on development projects, DevSecOps, AI/ML, and architecture; 3+ years in cloud enterprise apps.
• Proven experience leading large-scale DevSecOps initiatives including architecture, automation, and CI/CD for multi-cloud/on-prem platforms.
• Experience with AWS services EC2, S3, Aurora, RDS, OpenSearch, CloudFormation, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, Lambda, Kinesis, EKS, KMS.
• Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Harness, and Backstage.
• Knowledge of federal security and compliance standards (FISMA, FedRAMP) and ATO support.

Responsibilities

• Lead DevSecOps initiatives: architecture, automation, monitoring, testing, and CI/CD for large-scale platforms.
• Architect and implement production enterprise apps in AWS leveraging AI/ML.
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient platforms meeting 99.9% uptime targets.
• Define IaC solutions using Terraform and AWS-native tech for consistent environments.
• Integrate security and code quality tools into CI/CD pipelines and enforce secure configurations.
• Guide AI/ML model integration into DevSecOps and manage data architectures.
• Oversee platform monitoring, incident response, and disaster recovery with rapid MTTR.
• Enable serverless and containerized microservices (Lambda, EKS, Kubernetes, Docker) and SPA/MPA DevSecOps.
• Support authentication/identity architecture (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, PKCE, SAML, TOTP, WebAuthN).
