Job summary

Analytica is seeking a Lead Data Architect to oversee enterprise data architecture, DataOps and MLOps for programs centered on network and identity services. You will design data pipelines, model data, and integrate security for law-enforcement-sensitive datasets on AWS and Databricks.

You will mentor Data Scientists and Engineers while collaborating with ISSO on secure data handling. A strong background in AI/ML, data modeling, and data governance is required.

Qualifications

• US Citizen with the ability to secure a US public trust clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• 10+ years of IT experience focusing on enterprise data architecture, AI/ML, data engineering, and data management.
• 5+ years implementing AWS and/or Databricks data solutions.
• Significant experience with Python and programming.
• Proven experience leading enterprise data initiatives across data migration, warehousing, lakes, and O&M.
• Proven expertise in Relational/Dimensional Data Modeling and Lakehouse architectures.
• Advanced proficiency in statistical, programming, and engineering in DataOps/MLOps pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and architect enterprise-wide initiatives including system integration, data migration, transformation, data warehouse/ Data Lake builds, and O&M for a large enterprise.
• Develop and evaluate production AI/ML solutions in AWS and Databricks.
• Apply advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and statistical modeling for data analysis.
• Lead Relational and Dimensional data modeling across identity and biometrics domains.
• Establish and enforce a data governance framework to improve accuracy using diverse data sources.
• Perform cost-benefit analyses for architectural options.
• Integrate AI/ML and data analytics into DevSecOps workflows and architectures.
• Maintain AI/ML models through the CI/CD pipeline with optimization and evaluation.
