Job summary

Accenture Edge for AWS seeks a Tech Practice Leader – Migration and Modernization to build and lead a mid-market focused practice. This role shapes strategy, portfolio, and reusable assets, guiding migration, modernization, and cloud operating models across customers.

You will drive bookings, oversee delivery governance, and partner with AWS field teams to craft competitive offerings. The candidate combines hands-on AWS expertise with senior leadership and market-facing skills.

Qualifications

Minimum 15+ years in cloud architecture, technology consulting, or transformation delivery, including 8+ years in hands-on AWS migration/modernization.
Minimum 5+ years leading and scaling a migration, modernization, or infrastructure practice with 25–50 team members.
Proven accountability for $50M–$100M in annual AWS migration and modernization bookings and revenue, with ability to influence $100M–$200M in annual pipeline.
Experience solutioning, governing, or delivering at least 15 AWS migration or modernization engagements, with senior technical sponsorship for key accounts.

Responsibilities

Define the migration and modernization strategy, services portfolio, operating model, delivery capacity, and growth roadmap.
Lead offerings across discovery, assessment, migration planning, landing zones, and modernization initiatives.
Own bookings and revenue growth; partner with sales and AWS teams to convert workshops into pipeline and deals.
Activate AWS co‑sell and develop Marketplace-ready offers with clear scope, price, and procurement paths.
Scale migration and modernization factories and ensure delivery readiness with reusable assets and runbooks.
