Job summary

Aligned Technology Group seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer to design and implement modern cloud automation solutions. You will focus on infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and operational excellence across AWS environments.

You will build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, develop IaC with Terraform/CloudFormation/AWS CDK, and implement automated deployment, testing, and monitoring workflows to support scalable cloud modernization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering experience.
• Deep expertise with AWS services and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of container technologies and Kubernetes.
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.).
• AWS Professional-level certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform, CloudFormation, and AWS CDK.
• Implement automated deployment and testing workflows.
• Configure monitoring, logging, and observability platforms.
• Automate operational tasks and reduce manual processes.
• Support incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Implement containerized solutions using Amazon ECS and EKS.
• Establish DevOps governance and engineering best practices.
• Advise teams on GitOps, source control, and release management strategies.
