Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Cloud Lead- AWS DevSecOps to design, implement, and optimize scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. This remote US role requires deep expertise in AWS, DevSecOps, and security compliance, with hands-on work on Terraform and AWS CDK to build multi-account, multi-region environments.

Expect challenging duties across automation, observability, and secure deployment strategies, with eligibility for Cognizant’s annual incentive program based on performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of AWS Cloud experience preferred.
• Hands-on Terraform and AWS CDK expertise.
• Solid GitLab CI/CD and pipeline automation experience.
• Strong container platform knowledge (ECS/EKS, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in DevSecOps tooling and security integration.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust GitLab CI/CD pipelines for multi-environment deployments.
• Configure and manage GitLab Runners (EC2/EKS) with scalability and security in mind.
• Optimize pipeline performance via parallelism, caching, and artifact reuse.
• Implement automated release management with tagging, versioning, and rollback strategies.
