• Ability to collaborate across product, security, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end capacity management for AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Plan capacity based on current and projected business volumes.
• Ensure architecture scales with application demand and migrations.
• Define RTO/RPO requirements and validate disaster recovery readiness.
• Coordinate HA/DR testing and monitor performance baselines.
• Identify bottlenecks and optimize compute, storage, and network usage.
• Assess cloud readiness for migrations and data loads.
• Design modern architectures for bulk data processing and API traffic.
