Job summary

Mercy Corps is seeking an Awards Management Team Senior Assistant to provide advanced administrative, logistical, and knowledge management support across the AMT. You will help manage donor reporting, proposal support, and records, ensuring timely submissions and coordinated information flow.

This role may involve cross-regional collaboration with AMEE and Prosper Global teams, with travel up to 10% as needed to support country programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Development or related field, or equivalent with 3+ years admin support.
• Demonstrated experience supporting large, diverse teams, preferably remotely.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced administrative and project support for the Awards Management Team.
• Assist with donor reporting, proposals, and record-keeping; ensure timely submissions.
• Coordinate meetings, notes, and information flows across regions and functions.
• Support onboarding/signature processes and cross-team collaboration.
