Job summary

Amazon is seeking an AVS Senior Strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead strategic planning, execution, and optimization of supply chain operations for Consumables (Beauty). You will drive vendor-related strategy, negotiate with partners, and optimize KPI metrics across demand, production, and delivery lead-times.

The role requires strong data analysis, experience in inventory management, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Excel experience.
• 4+ years in supply chain or inventory management.
• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years professional or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and delivering improvement opportunities around demand and production planning
• Monitoring, analyzing and owning Vendor Key Performance Indicators such as: Out of Stock rate, Total Inbound lead time, confirmation rates, including presenting insights, themes and trends to Senior Leadership team.
• Strategically analyzing production and delivery lead‑times, while optimizing operational excellence inputs such as EDI adoption, PO confirmations, efficient receive processes, and inventory placement.
• Spearheading initiatives to enhance cost structure and profitability, collaborating closely with partner teams to ensure successful execution.
