The Assistant Vice President of Enrollment Management provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for core enrollment functions at Lehman College. Reporting to the Vice President of Enrollment Management, the AVP directly oversees Admissions Processing, Recruitment, Admissions Technologies & Events, Scholarships & Awards, and College Now (Dual Enrollment). In addition the AVP will lead the division in the absence of the Vice President. The AVP ensures cohesive, student centered operations serving undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral populations; leads the college’s K-16 pathway initiatives—including bridge programs, professional apprenticeships, and other structured pathways; and spearheads the division’s grant‑writing efforts to support enrollment innovation and student success. This role requires a collaborative, results-oriented leader with a strong commitment to access and cross‑divisional partnership.
This position is in CUNY's Executive Compensation Plan. All executive positions require a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and eight years' related experience. Master’s or Doctoral Degree Preferred

Salary commensurate with education and experience. $189,000
