Pape-Dawson Engineers in Orlando (Milk District) seeks an Associate Vice President to lead the planning, design, and delivery of complex residential land development projects. You will guide technical teams, ensure design quality, and maintain client relationships across a growing national firm.

You will mentor managers and senior staff, support business development, and represent the company in client and industry settings while aligning with company standards and values.

Competenze

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited) required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the applicable state(s).
• Minimum 12 years of progressive engineering experience including senior leadership responsibilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to mentor staff.

Mansioni

• Lead planning, design, permitting, and delivery of residential land development projects.
• Oversee multiple projects and multidisciplinary teams across stages.
• Review proposals, scopes of work, budgets, and client agreements for alignment with objectives.
• Support business development, RFQs/RFPs, and client interviews.
