Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, or health-related field required.
• Master's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• 10+ years of leadership in healthcare facilities management, construction, or capital planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead system-wide master facility plans and capital roadmaps.
• Oversee maintenance programs, safety compliance, and environment of care.
• Manage construction and renovation projects across the system.
• Ensure regulatory surveys readiness and risk mitigation.
• Develop budgets for facilities, maintenance, and planning; optimize costs.
