Job summary

Arnot Health is seeking a Senior FP&A professional to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across its healthcare network. You will build proformas, model investments, and drive data-driven decisions in collaboration with finance and operational partners.

You will mentor a team of analysts, develop solid dashboards in Power BI/Tableau, and communicate complex financial insights to non-financial stakeholders while maintaining compliance and strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in financial analysis, planning, and budgeting within the healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, forecasting techniques.
• Extensive experience with enterprise analytics tools (Power BI/Tableau) and coding (SQL/Python).
• Excellent communication skills with non-financial stakeholders.
• Proven leadership to manage and develop a team of financial analysts.

Responsibilities

• Drive process improvement by partnering with cross-functional teams and using data to optimize operating margins.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting; collaborate with department heads to set targets and monitor variances.
• Develop proformas to evaluate investments, acquisitions, or divestitures and quantify risk and returns.
• Analyze revenue streams, costs, and denials to identify opportunities and optimize financial performance.
• Apply statistical methods to support strategic planning, market expansion, and service line decisions.
• Conduct market share analysis to guide growth, divestiture, penetration and competitiveness strategies.
• Plan and assess financial performance for individual service lines and strategic initiatives.
• Lead and mentor FP&A professionals; ensure best practices in modeling, analysis, and reporting.
• Collaborate with finance and operations to align financial goals with business priorities.
