St. Mary’s College of Maryland seeks an AVP for Facilities Planning to lead campus master planning, architectural and engineering services, construction management, and facilities maintenance. Reporting to VPBF/CFO, you will steward a historic waterfront campus with ongoing capital projects.

You will interact with multiple stakeholders, set priorities, recruit and develop a high-performing team, and provide strategic leadership to advance growth and renewal.

Responsibilities

• Steward the College’s next chapter of campus master planning and capital project development
• Serve as a strategic advisor, operational leader, and collaborative campus partner
• Lead, recruit, and retain a talented team.
