Allworld Project Management is seeking an Associate Vice President of Construction Services to lead all aspects of construction operations, project execution, and strategic planning. Based in Memphis, this onsite role directs teams across project management, field operations, safety, and quality control to deliver high-quality projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Minimum of 10 years in construction management.
• 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience overseeing large-scale commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, budgeting, and risk management.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6.
• Ability to analyze financial reports, forecasts, and KPIs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to multi-task under pressure.
