You will serve as the liaison between Marsh Agency and high-net-worth clients and business managers. The position requires extensive insurance experience, a valid California license, and a track record of leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive field experience and ongoing knowledge expansion.
• Insurance designation or related classes required or 15–20 years of work in insurance as substitute.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service to customers and sell new lines of coverage.
• Cross-sell within the existing book of business and manage a team.
• Be the main contact between Marsh Agency and clients (Business Managers/High Net Worth).
• Develop and track annual business goals to increase sales and retention.
