Job summary

Howard University seeks an AVP for Enterprise Services and Operations to oversee Auxiliary Enterprises and Student Housing, ensuring policies align with the university’s strategic priorities. Reporting to the VP and Chief Real Estate Officer, the role drives operational excellence across real estate development and asset management.

You will supervise staff, collaborate with executives, monitor budgets and performance metrics, and lead cross-divisional initiatives to strengthen campus operations

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree with minimum 10 years of related work experience; 15 years may be substituted for educational qualifications.
• Demonstrated experience as a management executive in public and non-profit institutions of comparable size and complexity to Howard University.
