Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with relevant aerospace experience.
• Minimum 1 year avionics experience, preferably in military/aerospace.
• Willingness to travel ~10% and obtain a US TS/SCI security clearance.
• Strong instructional skills and ability to develop training materials.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions in classroom, simulator, and aircraft environments.
• Teach theory, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of avionics and mission systems.
• Define curriculum and courseware priorities with engineering and customer reps.
• Develop materials from engineering docs, field service requirements, and vendor specs.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance to ensure training content reflects current data.
• Possess flexibility for extended hours and travel as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
