Job summary

Acron Aviation is seeking a Senior Avionics Support Engineer to deliver high-quality technical support for communication and surveillance avionics products. You will interface with customers, manage RC/CA activities, and coordinate across engineering and other functions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aviation, or a related field or equivalent technical experience.
15+ years of experience in technical support, avionics, or related field preferred.
Expertise in digital and solid-state electronics with avionics tech and RF systems.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for customer technical inquiries and provide timely support.
Conduct TA/RA investigations and assist in troubleshooting supported products.
Use Salesforce to track customer interactions and support cases.
Collaborate with engineering to support root cause analyses and corrective actions.
Develop service bulletins and technical publications; deliver customer training materials.
