Job summary

Acron Aviation is seeking a Systems Avionics Engineer to support development, integration, verification, and certification of advanced airborne surveillance and avionics systems. This role focuses on transforming customer needs into validated solutions and leading integration activities across the product lifecycle.

The candidate should have strong project management skills, hands-on experience in systems engineering, and be capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 4–9 years of directly related professional avionics experience.
  • Experience writing systems requirements, validation procedures, and test development/execution.
  • Knowledge of ARP-4754A and DO-178 processes; experience with XPDR/TCAS/TAWS/ADS-B.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new system architectures and designs to meet requirements.
  • Author and maintain system specifications and technical documents.
  • Support system modeling, validation, testing, and certification activities.
  • Coordinate with software, hardware, and program management teams across the lifecycle.
  • Lead integration and verification efforts; communicate findings to stakeholders.
