Qualifications

Requires a STEM degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years.
U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance required after day one.
Experience presenting technical information to senior management, advising on strategic technical priorities, mentoring engineers, improving software engineering processes, and using engineering tools such as JAMA, DOORS, ALM, or JIRA.

Responsibilities

Lead software architecture, requirements development, and implementation of complex software features for military avionics platforms within an Agile team.
Guide team delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and certification requirements while supporting technical reviews, customer discussions, and continuous improvement.
