Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a senior engineering program leader to drive Avionics programs (Epic, Apex, Anthem) across Centers of Excellence in the U.S. This role focuses on cost control, scheduling, and cross-functional leadership to ensure program success and on-time delivery.

The candidate will lead a team, prioritize work, and engage with CBT, PMO, and other leaders to meet program objectives and implement strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or similar.
• 10+ years of program management or project engineering experience.
• Experience leading Aerospace engineering projects and teams.
• Strong business acumen and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead Avionics Engineering Programs across multiple Centers of Excellence
• Work with CBT, PMO, and other leadership
• Manage engineering cost and schedule
• Assess and drive achievement of programs
• Strategy development
• Early problem detection and course correction.
• Annual Operating Plan
• Manage short and long term staffing needs
• Involvement with program pursuits and launches
• Manage Program Metrics
