Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking an experienced engineering project leader to drive Avionics programs (Epic, Apex, Anthem) with a focus on cost, scope, and schedule. You will lead a team, prioritize work packages, and ensure program performance while aligning with advanced aerospace objectives.

The role requires PMP or CAPM certification consideration, a strong technical background, and ability to collaborate across global teams to meet customer and business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, business, finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in engineering or project management roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead Avionics Engineering Program Cost, Scope, and Schedule for the assigned team(s).
• Assess and drive achievement of milestones.
• Strategy development.
• Early problem detection and course correction.
• Annual Operating Plan.
• Manage short and long term staffing needs.
• Involvement with program pursuits and launches.
• Manage Program Metrics.
