Honeywell Aerospace seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead large development programs across multiple domestic locations. You will own the budget, schedule, and risks, drive on-time execution, and serve as the primary customer contact.

You’ll manage EVMS, IMS milestones, and cost/financial aspects while coordinating across functions and mentoring teammates. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Business or Engineering, strong leadership, and PMP/CAPM certification; US citizenship and security

Formación

• 3+ years in Program/Project Management for complex engineering development programs
• Experience working with Customer Requirements
• EVMS experience on development programs
• Understanding of cost and financials (RDE, spend, forecast)
• IMS and milestone scheduling experience
• Risk management, identification & mitigation
• PM or CAPM certification preferred

Responsabilidades

• Own program budget, schedule, and risks.
• Drive on-time execution, milestones, and IMS.
• Own EAC and budget per EVMS principles.
• Manage risk management process.
• Primary communicator to the customer.
• Present program details in leadership reviews.
• Lead the integrated program team.
• Summarize and drive key issues and actions.
• Adhere to IPDS process.
• Execute the Management OS.
• Coordinate across sites and functions.
• Mentor team members.
