Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Aerospace Engineering required.
• 4–7 years in electrical, avionics, or embedded hardware design.
• Experience owning subsystem design from concept through validation.
• Prototype builds, HIL/SIL testing, or flight tests experience.
• Proficiency with schematic capture and Altium Designer.
• Strong wiring harness, signal routing, EMI/EMC knowledge.
• CAN, Ethernet, RS-422/485, UART familiarity.
• Power electronics, DC/DC regulation, and battery/ESD protection.
• Familiarity with aerospace cable assemblies and MIL-SPEC connectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical subsystem design and integration for avionics, sensors, payloads, and power distribution.
• Develop wiring harness architecture, electrical schematics, PCB requirements, and system interfaces.
• Perform design reviews and mentor junior engineers.
• Support system-level troubleshooting during prototype, production, and flight test.
