Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Lead Engineering Technician to support system-level troubleshooting and hardware development for CCAs and sub-assemblies within our Integrated Supply Chain teams. This role focuses on reliability and performance in aerospace hardware testing.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop and execute functional tests, and continually improve testing workflows to ensure product quality and efficiency across hardware and software initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in circuit card assembly testing or a similar role.
• Hands-on hardware debug and functional test experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to develop expertise in testing platforms and tools.

Responsibilities

• Support development, design, and debug of hardware in CCAs, sub-assembly and system level testing.
• Debug sub-assembly and CCAs in system level assemblies.
• Develop and execute troubleshooting procedures for functional testing of CCA, sub-assembly and system level products.
• Develop and execute procedures for functional testing of sub-assembly and system level products.
• Continuously improve testing techniques and workflows to optimize efficiency and product quality.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime and performance issues.
