Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Test Engineer II in Florida to support production, customer service, and development programs by maintaining and improving test equipment and stations. You will work with hardware and software engineers across a multidisciplinary team to keep critical test operations running reliably.

Responsibilities include repairing legacy test stations, upgrading systems to newer Windows versions, calibrating equipment, and documenting troubleshooting actions.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting production test equipment, stations, or simulators.
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems and produce reliable solutions.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams and clear communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests.
• Strong documentation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain legacy surface test stations
• Set up and improve vibration display board systems
• Restore and maintain legacy simulators for production backup
• Support Customer Service Center with testing methods for RGs
• Collaborate with PR Software Team to troubleshoot issues
• Upgrade Test Stations to newer Windows versions
• Perform general troubleshooting of units, test stations, and rate tables
• Assist with calibration tracking and improve equipment visibility
• Document troubleshooting activities and corrective actions
• Collaborate with technicians, software engineers, and production personnel
