Honeywell Aerospace Technologies seeks a Lead Engineering Technician in Florida to support avionics hardware and software testing and system-level troubleshooting. You will work with cross-functional teams within ISC and CSC to advance modernization efforts and ensure robust, flight-critical systems.

The role emphasizes hardware debugging, CCAs testing, and developing efficient test procedures, with a focus on quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in circuit card assembly testing or similar role.
• Hands-on hardware debug and functional test experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to develop expertise in advanced testing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support development, design, and debug of hardware in CCAs, sub-assemblies and system-level testing.
• Debug sub-assembly and CCAs in system-level assemblies.
• Develop and execute troubleshooting procedures for functional testing of CCA, sub-assembly and system-level products.
• Develop and execute procedures for functional testing of sub-assembly and system-level products.
• Continuously improve testing techniques and workflows to optimize efficiency and product quality.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime and performance issues.
