Job summary

Blue Origin LLC seeks an avionics hardware engineer to contribute to the development, testing, and qualification of Lunar Command and Data Handling (C&DH) and Power Management and Distribution (PMAD) components. The role involves hardware build, integration, and verification across the product lifecycle.

You will collaborate with a team of engineers to define interfaces, support hardware builds, and implement verification strategies while ensuring safety and quality in spaceflight hardware.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical, Computer, Aerospace or related field.
• Experience in avionics hardware build and test.
• Experience in requirements development and verification.
• Familiarity with aerospace standards and verification processes.
• U.S. citizenship or eligible lawfully to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Support C&DH and PMAD Responsible Engineers in avionics hardware lifecycle development.
• Perform verification and qualification activities.
• Develop requirements and interface definitions.
• Conduct root cause analyses for hardware failures and mitigation plans.
