Job summary

Peerless Technologies is seeking an experienced Journeyman Avionics Engineer to support the F-22 Raptor Program Office. The role is based at Hill Air Force Base, UT, supporting the F-22 Sustainment Branch with avionics architecture and integration oversight.

The candidate will translate user requirements into weapon system requirements, design and evaluate components, and provide technical reviews for mission systems avionics architecture, under a SECRET security clearance goal.

Qualifications

• MSAA engineering experience with F-22 or similar fighter/bomber in modernization/sustainment.
• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering from ABET-accredited program (electrical, mechanical, aerospace, etc.).
• Active SECRET security clearance with SAP eligibility if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight and support strategic planning for F-22 avionics systems.
• Manage avionics interfaces and software-to-hardware allocations.
• Support engineering/evaluation studies, plans, and acquisition strategies.
