Job summary

Boeing in Berkeley, MO or Richardson, TX seeks a Senior Design and Analysis Engineer to develop engineering solutions for the F-22 Raptor. You will design and test new systems, and translate requirements into a networked architecture for lab and field deployments.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to progress products through development, analyze data, and support customer needs while maintaining rigorous performance and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical) or related field
• 9+ years of related work experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Ability to obtain F-22 SAP clearance
• Experience in avionics, electrical or mission systems
• Experience with agile development methodologies

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Responsible Engineers, customer technical staff, suppliers, and Lockheed Martin teammates to develop and document complex electronic and electrical system requirements for F-22 avionics sub-systems and weapon system architecture
• Translates requirements into system architecture, hardware and software designs and interface specifications for lab and operational environments
• Analyzes test data, including off-nominal data, for accuracy, quality and fidelity prior to delivery to customer
