Job summary

Peerless Technologies seeks a Senior Software Test Manager to support the F-22 Program Office at Wright Patterson AFB. You will lead software test activities, manage automated testing efforts, and coordinate with government stakeholders to ensure DT&E goals are met.

The role requires ten years of software test experience, strong Agile/CI-CD expertise, and DoD familiarity, with clearance eligibility as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in a related field with strong DoD experience.
• Ten years of software test experience with Agile development.
• Secret clearance or ability to obtain SAP/SCI eligibility if required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of software test strategies for the F-22 program.
• Apply TDD and CI/CD practices to test pipelines.
• Develop automated test scripts for subsystems and hardware-in-the-loop tests.
• Advise Government PMs on DT&E results and testing infrastructure.
• Create and maintain TEMP, DT/OT/test plans.
• Produce metrics tracking software development and testing progress.
