Job summary

The Boeing Company in Berkeley, MO is seeking a Lead System Designer to join the F-22 Raptor Mission System Design Team. This position focuses on developing cutting-edge engineering solutions for the world’s premier air superiority fighter, located in Berkeley, MO.

The Lead System Designer will interact directly with customers, suppliers, program management, integration, software, and test engineers. The role requires on-site work, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain a US security

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Engineering or related field required with seniority level Lead.
• Experience in SAFe or agile environments and MBSE practices.
• Proven ability to lead complex system design efforts and communicate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to develop and document complex electronic and electrical system and software requirements for F-22 avionics subsystems and weapon system architecture.
• Resolve technical issues through coordination with engineering using established processes.
• Manage deliverables with risk mitigation, issues, and opportunities; monitor baseline plans.
