Job summary

DZYNE Technologies in Irvine, CA is seeking a Senior Electronics Engineer to own and hands-on develop aircraft electrical systems across the full lifecycle. You will perform circuit and subsystem design, integration, testing, harnessing, and data analysis while collaborating with program leads.

The role requires a minimum of 7 years in electronics, strong PCB design and SI/PI expertise, and experience from concept to prototype.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of relevant industry experience.
Demonstrated capability in complex circuit board design, bring-up, signal/power integrity analysis, and validation.
Proven experience in designing electronics from concept to functional prototype, including hardware selection, documentation, system level integration and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Lead full PCB design cycle involving requirements, schematic design, component selection, supervision or completion of layout, bring-up, functional verification, and performance tests.
Design, develop, integrate, and debug avionics systems/subsystems.
Develop system interconnect diagrams and define wire harnesses connecting systems within the air vehicle.
Support design updates driven by product improvements, obsolescence, and evolving requirements.
Conduct peer-level and cross-discipline design reviews.
Work closely with cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, and program teams to support new product development and active deployments in a fast-paced environment.
Mentor other engineers and promote sound engineering practices.
